Tri Plans – These are plans designed to get you to your next race, with your work/family needs built into the program. These plans are specially designed for you, and built according to your current fitness level. These plans come with the ability to ask questions at anytime regarding workouts, racing, and nutrition. These plans are NOT monitored by the coach. Changes can be made to schedule in case of illness, injury, or life’s unexpected surprises.

12 week plan: $300.00
16 week plan: $350.00
20 week plan: $400.00

One on One Personalized Training

Monthly Coaching at $200.00 a month for Triathletes, $100 a month for Runners

RPR Activation Sessions

$75.00 – 60 Min

$35.00 – 30 Min Tune Up

RUN Evaluation/RPR Session

$100.00 – generally lasts 90 Min
