How to connect to the body and improve range of motion in a few easy steps. Included in session is the activation, teaching you how to do it to yourself, and the possibilities for better performance. Sessions generally last at least 90 minutes. $100.00 session
One on One Personal Strength Training
Crossfit L2 Certified Trainer, Strongfirst Kettlebell Trainer certified, Functional Range Conditioning certified, and USA Weightlifting L1 certfied
Sessions are 75$ an hour – includes mobility work and a planned program for your goals for strength and conditioning. $300 a month for online programs.
